Wattbike Sessions at Lutterworth
Week 1 - 14th October 2014
It was a winning
start for defending champion Simon Bayliss in the Wattbike sessions. It was
only a short 100 meters so we will see if he can continue his winning ways as
the races get longer.

The latest Watt Bike session started with some high cadence drills and ended with some longer high intensity efforts. The riders suffered during the all out sprints followed by several minutes at threshold before finishing off with a full-on sprint again mimicking a fast paced road race. First place was highly contested as usual and, after a string of high placed rides, Andy Chils finally recorded his first win, keeping a consistent Simon Bayliss in second place.
